Two new members of Polenergia Management Board

Robert Maciej Nowak graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and completed post-graduate studies in the field of Management at WSB University in Poznań. He has a many-year experience in banking and working at statutory bodies of commercial law companies. He managed foreign bank branches (Austria Creditanstalt and Credit Lyonnais) in Poznań and was a director of the corporate banking department at the Credit Lyonnais Bank Polska SA headquarters in Warsaw. Over the last few years he was involved in Autostrada Wielkopolska. He was the Vice-President Finance at AWSA I and AWSA II. From 2012 to 2018 he was the President of the Management Board of Autostrada Wielkopolska II SA.

Jacek Suchenek is a gradute of the Warsaw University of Technology in the field of Power Systems and Networks. An expert in the field of advanced infrastructural solutions. Since 1999 he was connected with Ster-Projekt (currently a part of Asseco) as a Project Manager in charge of the sale and implementation of solutions of the Data Center infrastructure. In 2005 he became a Sales Director in the department of new technologies of Qumak SA, and then a director of the intelligent building technology division. In 2013 he was appointed a Vice-President of Qumak SA responsible for the execution division. From 2017 to 2018 he was the President of the Management Board at EXPO Factor Sp. z o.o.

The newly appointed members of the Management Board made statements declaring that:

• they do not conduct any activity outside the Company that would be competitive towards the activity of the Company,
• they are not engaged in any competitive company as partners in a civil law partnership or partnership, or as members of a body of a corporation, or as members of a body of any competitive legal person,
• they are not recorded in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, run pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
