Pursuant to paragraph 29 section 3 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Rules, Polenergia Spółka Akcyjna hereby submits a report on its non-compliance with some detailed principles of the “Best Practice for GPW Listed Companies 2016,” Management Board and Supervisory Board sections.
II.Z.11. The supervisory board should review and issue opinions on matters to be decided in resolutions of the general meeting.
The principle was violated incidentally.
The company’s comment on this incidental breach of the above rule:
The Supervisory Board did not issue an opinion in the above matter before the General Meeting was held on 8th January 2019. The Management Board shall take appropriate measures in order to ensure that such events will not occur again.
