Polish Energy Partners Spółka Akcyjna (the “Company”) hereby informs that on July 20, 2009, the Company was informed that PZU Asset Management S.A. (“PZU AM”) transferred 315,365 shares of the Company as a part of its securities portfolio management.
As a result of the aforementioned share transfer, PZU AM now holds (as at July 16, 2009), as a part of the securities portfolios managed by PZU AM, 1,864,925 shares of the Company that authorize it to exercise 9.92% of the total number of votes at the General Shareholders Meeting of the Company and represent 9.92% of the total number of Company shares.
Prior to the aforementioned share transfer, PZU AM held 2,180,290 shares of the Company authorizing it to exercise 11.60% of the total number of votes at the General Shareholders Meeting of the Company and representing 11.60% of the total number of Company shares.
