Polish Energy Partners Spółka Akcyjna (“Company”) hereby informs that on August 27, 2009, the Company was informed by Millennium TFI S.A. that Millennium FIO transferred the Company shares in such a way that as at August 26, 2009, Millennium FIO holds 909,984 shares of the Company that represent 4.8511% of the share capital of the Company authorizing it to hold 909,984 votes at the General Shareholders Meeting of the Company that represent 4.8511% of the total number of votes.
Prior to the aforementioned share transfer, Millennium FIO held 959,984 shares of the Company that represented 5,1177% of the share capital of the Company authorizing it to hold 959,984 votes at the General Shareholders Meeting of the Company that represented 5.1177% of the total number of votes.
