Polish Energy Partners S.A. (‘Company’) hereby informs that on 16th March 2011 the General Assembly of the Company appointed Mr Robert Fijołek as a member of the Supervisory Board and Mr Artur Olszewski – the present member of the Company’s Supervisory Board – as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company.
Resumes of the aforementioned will be announced by the Company in the separate reports.
