THE DATES SCHEDULED FOR THE POSTING OF PERIODIC REPORTS IN 2011

Polish Energy Partners S.A. (hereinafter the “Company”) announces the scheduled dates for the publication of periodic reports in 2011:

– consolidated quarterly statements of the Capital Group of PEP S.A. for Q1 2011 – to be sent by 5 May 2011;

– consolidated statements for the first six months of 2011 together with an abridged financial statements for the first six months of 2011 – to be sent by 11 August 2011;

– consolidated quarterly statements of the Capital Group of PEP S.A. for Q3 2011 – to be sent by 3 November 2011;

– 2010 financial statements – to be sent by 10 February 2011;  and

– 2010 consolidated financial statements – to be sent by 10 February 2011.

Additionally, the Company declares that in 2011 the Company will publicly announce its consolidated quarterly statements containing quarterly financial information.
