Polish Energy Partners S.A. hereby announces the dates scheduled for the posting of its periodic reports in 2010:

– consolidated quarterly statement of the Capital Group of PEP S.A. for Q1 2010 – to be posted by:
April 28, 2009;

– consolidated quarterly statement of the Capital Group of PEP S.A. for Q2 2010 – to be posted by:
August 11, 2010;

– consolidated quarterly statement of the Capital Group of PEP S.A. for Q3 2010 – to be posted by:
November 4, 2010;

– consolidated quarterly statement of the Capital Group of PEP S.A. for Q4 2010 – to be posted by:
February 10, 2011;

– consolidated semi-annual statement together with the interim financial statement for H1 2010 – to be posted by August 11, 2010;

– 2010 financial statement – to be posted by February 10, 2011;  and

– consolidated 2010 financial statement – to be posted by February 10, 2011.

The Company also declares the public disclosure of consolidated quarterly statements in 2010, such statements presenting the quarterly financial results of the Company.
