The Management Board of the company operating under the business name of Polenergia S.A. (“Issuer” or “Company”) reports that on 6 May 2022, the Company received the candidacy of Mr. Szymon Adamczyk for Member of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer (“Candidate”).
The candidacy was received from shareholder Nationale-Nederlanden Open Pension Fund.
The candidacy was submitted in relation to Point 11 of the agenda of the session of the Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting convened on 11 May 2022, about which the Company reported in current report No. 17/2022. The company reports that the Candidate agreed for holding the position of a Member of the Company’s Supervisory Board, as well as submitted a declaration on meeting the criteria set for the candidates for members of the Company’s Supervisory Board.
