The Management Board of the company under the company’s business name Polenergia S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on 13 September 2023. National Depository for Securities S.A. (“NDS”) issued statement No. 839/2023 regarding the conclusion of an agreement with the Company to register in the depository maintained by the NDS up to 66,802,246 (in words: sixty-six million eight hundred and two thousand two hundred and forty-six) unit pre-emptive rights to series AB ordinary bearer shares of the Company and to designate them with the ISIN code PLPLSEP00138.
