Polish Energy Partners S.A. (‘Company’) hereby informs to have been notified on 14th April 2011 that as a result of registration of the increase in the Company’s share capital, about which the Company informed in Current Report No. 21/2011, Nordea OFE’s share in the Company has decreased.
At present Nordea OFE holds 1 009 649 shares of the Company representing, prior to registration of the increase in the share capital, 5.11% share in the Company’s share capital and in the total number of votes at the General Assembly, and after registration of the increase representing 4,74% share in the Company’s share capital and in the total number of votes at the General Assembly.
