Polish Energy Partners S.A. (‘Company’) hereby informs to have been notified on 18th April 2011 that as a result of registration of the increase in the Company’s share capital, about which the Company informed in Current Report No. 21/2011, PKO TFI’s share in the Company has decreased.
At present PKO TFI holds 1 012 780 shares of the Company representing, prior to registration of the increase in the share capital, 5.13% share in the Company’s share capital and in the total number of votes at the General Assembly, and after registration of the increase representing 4,75% share in the Company’s share capital and in the total number of votes at the General Assembly.
