The Management Board of the company under the name Polenergia S.A. (the “Issuer”) hereby informs that on December 18, 2023, it received the resignations of Mr. Hans Schweickardt and Mr. Jacek Santorski from their positions as Members of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board.
Both resignations were submitted for personal reasons, with effect from 12:59 p.m. on December 18, 2023.
Legal basis: § 5 point 4) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757, as amended).
