RESUME OF ZBIGNIEW PROKOPOWICZ

Referring to Current Report No. 17/2011, Polish Energy Partners S.A. (‘Company’) hereby publishes the resume of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

Mr Zbigniew Prokopowicz graduated from Dauphine IX Paris University in the field of economy and completed MBA studies at Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Paris. He also studied at the Faculty of International Trade of the Main School of Planning and Statistics (at present: Warsaw School of Economics).

In the years 1991–1996 he worked for Bongrain S.A. Group (France), consecutively on the position of Financial Controller of Bongrain S.A. and CEO of Bongrain Polska Sp. z o.o.

In the years 1996–1999 he held the post of CFO of Centra S.A., where he was also responsible for restructuring implementation and human resources.

In the years 1999–2004 he worked for Mondi International (Anglo American Group), holding consecutively the position of President of the Board of Directors of Frantschach Świecie S.A., President of the Board of Directors of Mondi Packaging UK and Ireland and a member of Executive Committee Mondi Europe.

In the years 2004–2007 he held the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Opoczno S.A.

In the years 2004–2008 he held the position of Chairman of the Company’s Supervisory Board, from November 2004 to June 2005 he was delegated to temporarily discharge the duties of the President of the Company’s Board of Directors.

In the years 2005–2007 he held the post of Chairman of the Supervisory Board of DGS S.A., and in 2007 he held the position of President of the Board of Directors of this company.

Apart from the post of President of the Company’s Board of Directors, he also holds the position of a member of the Supervisory Board of DGS S.A. and a member of the Supervisory Board of NFI Empik Media & Fashion S.A.

He does not participate in a company competitive to PEP S.A. as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership or as a member of a body of a company, nor does he participate in any other competitive legal person as a member of its governing body. Mr Robert Fijołek is not recorded in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, run pursuant to the National Court Register Act.
