RESUME OF THE NEWLY ELECTED SUPERVISORY BOARD MEMBER

Referring to Current Report No. 17/2011, Polish Energy Partners S.A. (‘Company’) hereby publishes the resume of Mr Robert Fijołek, the newly elected Member of the Supervisory Board.

Mr Robert Fijołek graduated from the University of Economics in Katowice (finance and banking) and IESE Business School in Barcelona (Advance Management Program). He holds a CFA title (Chartered Financial Analyst) awarded by CFA Institute. He also attended several training and practice sessions, among others ABN AMRO Asset Management in Amsterdam, ABN AMRO Bank in London and ING Investment Management in the Hague.

He acts professionally on the capital market since 1995.

In the years 2008–2009 as the President of the Management Board of NFI Progress S.A., together with the team he worked on transformation of the company into a private equity fund.

In the years 2005–2008 he worked for BPH TFI S.A. As the Director of the Asset Management Department (formerly as the Deputy Director and the Fund Manager) he was responsible for strategy and supervision over the investment activity of the company.

In the years 2002–2005 he worked in ABN AMRO Bank (Polska) S.A. as the Head of the Debt Instruments Sale Team, in the years 2000–2002 in ABN AMRO Asset Management (Polska) S.A. as the Portfolio Manager, in the years 1998–2000 in ING BSK Asset Management S.A. as the Portfolio Manager as well, in the years 1996–1998 in Bank Śląski in Katowice as a dealer, and in the years 1995–1996 in Górnośląski Bank Gospodarczy in Katowice as a dealer too.

At present (since 7th March 2011) he is a Member of the Supervisory Board of Fluid S.A. In the years 2008–2009 while working in NFI Progress S.A. he was a Member of the Supervisory Boards of the portfolio companies of the fund: Scanmed S.A., WPS Goczałków S.A., VIS Investments Sp. z o.o. SKA, CT Żuraw S.A., Barista Sp. z o.o.

According to information submitted to the Company, Mr Robert Fijołek does not participate in a company competitive to PEP S.A. as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership or as a member of a body of a company, nor does he participate in any other competitive legal person as a member of its governing body. Mr Robert Fijołek is not recorded in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, run pursuant to the National Court Register Act.
