Marek Gabryjelski is a 1998 graduate of the Finance and Banking Faculty of the Warsaw School of Economics. In 1996 he was awarded a broker’s license and in 2001 he was licensed by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
In the years 1996 through 1998, Marek Gabryjelski worked as a securities broker at the Brokerage House of Bank Ochrony Środowiska. In the years 1998 through 1999, he was a consultant at the Audit and Business Consulting Desk of Arthur Andersen Sp. z o.o., and in the years 1999 through 2002, he worked as an associate at the Corporate Finance Desk of Arthur Andersen Polska Sp. z o.o. From 2002 through 2005, Marek Gabryjelski held the position of the Management Board President of Nectar Polska Sp. z o.o., a leading producer of honey, honey liquors and apiarian products in Poland. Since 2005, he has been engaged in business activity involving strategic, financial and operating consulting services. Since 2007, he has been the Management Board President of Alvernia Studios Sp. z o.o. and from 2008 he has been the Deputy President of the Management Board of Digicinema Sp. z o.o.
In the years 2005 through 2006, he was a supervisory board member of Mostostal Zabrze Holding S.A. and Nectar Polska Sp. z o.o., and in the years 2008 through 2009, he was a supervisory board member of Gant Holding S.A.
Marek Gabryjelski not engaged in any activity competitive towards the Company.
Marek Gabryjelski is not recorded in the Register of Insolvent Debtors run pursuant to the National Court Register Law.
