Mr Krzysztof Sobolewski graduated from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, earning an M.A. in Linguistics and Information Technology at the Faculty of Modern Languages and Literature. Moreover, he holds the MBA diploma of the University of Calgary in Canada.
In the years 1990–1994 Mr Sobolewski ran his own food wholesale trade business.
Since 1994 until 1996 he worked as a specialist in the Capital Investments Department of PKO Bank Polski.
In the years 1996–1998 Mr Krzysztof Sobolewski performed the function of a manager in MC Concordia Sp. z o.o.
Since 1998 until 2001 he worked for Credit Suisse First Boston Private Equity in London, where he was in charge of investment activity in Poland. In the years 2001–2005 he was an adviser there.
In 2002 Mr Sobolewski held the position of a director in TDA Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A.
Since 2002 until 2003 he was a member of the Board of Directors as well as Operations Director in Gamet Sp. z o.o.
In the years 2002–2004 Mr Krzysztof Sobolewski performed the function of President of the Board of Directors in Gamet-Akcesoria Sp. z o.o.
Since November 2003 Mr Sobolewski runs his own business under the business name Coastline Ventures, within the framework of which he provides consulting services on running a business as well as financial advisory services. He also runs developer projects under the special-purpose vehicles Coast Park Sp. z o.o. and Mierzeja Helska Sp. z o.o., in which he performs the function of President of the Board of Directors as well (since 2005 and 2008 respectively). Moreover, since 2009 Mr Sobolewski holds the post of President of the Board of Directors of Drewnica Development Sp. z o.o., an entity dealing with revitalisation of postindustrial terrains under the Shipyard City Gdańsk project.
Mr. Krzysztof Sobolewski used to be a member of the Supervisory Boards of the following entities:
– Majewski S.A. (1997–1999),
– Grupa Kęty S.A. (2000–2002),
– Opoczno S.A. (2000–2005),
– Boryszew S.A. (2005–2006),
– Impexmetal S.A. (in 2006),
– Mercor S.A. (2006–2007).
Mr Krzysztof Sobolewski is not engaged in any activity competitive towards the Company.
Mr Krzysztof Sobolewski is not recorded in the Register of Insolvent Debtors run pursuant to the National Court Register Act.
