RESUME OF KRZYSZTOF KACZMARCZYK, SUPERVISORY BOARD MEMBER

Mr Krzysztof Kaczmarczyk is currently a member of the Board of Directors of TP EmiTel Sp. z o.o., the leading terrestrial radio and TV network operator in Poland (since 02/2010), at the same time performing the function of Director of the Key Project Department of TP Group (since 10/2009). His previous positions in TP Group included Director of the Strategy and Business Development Unit of Telekomunikacja Polska S.A. (until 10/2009) and Adviser to President of the Board in charge of Strategy (until 10/2008).

Prior to taking up his job in TP Group he worked for DB Securities S.A. as Deputy Director of the Stock Market Research Department (until 04/2008) and as Stock Market Researcher – East-Central Europe region (until 09/2007). Prior to his cooperation with DB Securities S.A. Mr Krzysztof Kaczmarczyk held the position of Assistant Equity Analyst in Deutsche Morgan Grenfell.

At present Mr Krzysztof Kaczmarczyk is a member of the Supervisory Boards of the following companies: GRAAL S.A. (since 6/2006), Polish Energy Partners S.A. (since 01/2007), Wirtualna Polska Sp. z o.o. (since 11/2008) and TP Edukacja i Wypoczynek Sp. z o.o. (since 11/2008).

He used to perform the function of Chairman of the Supervisory Board of 4fun Media S.A. (since 05/2007 until 09/2008) as well as of a member of the Supervisory Board of EmiTel Sp. z o.o. (since 11/2008 until 02/2010).

Mr Krzysztof Kaczmarczyk graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics and University of Warsaw (the Institute of International Relations – Section of European Integration). He also took part in the CFA Program of CFA Institute (Level II).

Mr. Krzysztof Kaczmarczyk is not engaged in any activity competitive towards the Company.

Mr. Krzysztof Kaczmarczyk is not recorded in the Register of Insolvent Debtors run pursuant to the National Court Register Law.
