The Management Board of the company operating under the business name of Polenergia S.A. (the “Issuer”) hereby reports that in line with the Information of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office No. 56/2022 of 20 December 2022 on announcement of results of Ordinary Auction No. AZ/2/2022, the Issuer’s Subsidiary, i.e. Polenergia Farma Wiatrowa Namysłów Sp. z o.o., developing a group of four photovoltaic farm projects – Szprotawa – with the ultimate capacity of approx. 47 MW – won the auction.
Thus, the projects acquired the right to cover the negative balance in reference to the prices offered during the Auction for approx. 32% of the total volume of electricity scheduled for generation in a period of 15 years, in line with the provisions of the Act on renewable energy sources of 20 February 2015.
