The Management Board of Polenergia S.A. (“Issuer”) hereby reports that in compliance with the Information of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office of 25 June No. 37/2021 and No. 38/2021 on announcement of results of Ordinary Auctions, the Issuer’s Subsidiaries:
1. Polenergia Farma Wiatrowa Olbrachcice Sp. z o.o. developing Świebodzin photovoltaic farm projects with a total capacity of 10.5 MW did not win Ordinary Auction No. AZ/8/2021;
2. Polenergia Obrót 2 Sp. z o.o. developing Strzelino photovoltaic farm project with a total capacity of 45.15 MW did not win Ordinary Auction No. AZ/7/2021;
3. Polenergia Farma Wiatrowa Grabowo Sp. z o.o. developing with farm project with a capacity of 37.4 MW did not win Ordinary Auction No. AZ/7/2021.
