Polish Energy Partners S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) hereby informs that on 21 April 2005, the Company’s Supervisory Board decided to temporarily delegate Mr. Zbigniew Prokopowicz to perform duties of President of the Executive Board (i) for the period of subsequent 3 months as of 21 May 2005, i.e. the date of expiry of the current delegation, or (ii) until Resolution No. 1/III/2005 of the Company’s Supervisory Board comes into effect – whichever comes first.
Information on Mr. Zbigniew Prokopowicz is given in the Company’s Prospectus, Chapter VII.
