The Management Board of the company under the name Polenergia S.A. (the “Issuer”) hereby informs that on February 29, 2024, it received the resignation of Mr. Andrzej Filip Wojciechowski from the position of the Member of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board.
The resignation was submitted with effect from February 29, 2024.
The resignation does not contain information about the reasons for its submission.
