The Management Board of the company operating under the business name of Polenergia S.A. (“Issuer”) hereby reports that on 7 October 2022, it received resignation of Mr. Grzegorz Stanisławski from the position of a member of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board. The resignation results from personal issues and becomes effective at 12.00 on 10 October 2022.
Legal basis: § 5.4) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and terms for deeming information required under legal provisions of a country which is not a member state equivalent (Polish Journal of Laws [Dz.U.] of 2018, item 757).
