The Management Board of Polenergia S.A. (“Issuer”), acting pursuant to Par. 5 (4) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information provided by the issuers of securities and conditions under which information required by the law of a non-member state may be recognised as equivalent (Polish Journal of Laws [Dz.U.] of 2018, item 757), hereby reports that on 31 May 2021 the Issuer’s Management Board received resignation of Mr. Sebastian Kulczyk from holding the position of a member of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board. The resignation was submitted with effect as of 31 May 2021.
