Polish Energy Partners Spółka Akcyjna headquartered in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) hereby informs that on 11 May 2005 the Management Board of the National Depository for Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.) adopted a resolution to register shares series A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K and L issued by the Company in the National Depository for Securities and designate the said shares with the following code: PLPLSEP00013.
