The Management Board of Polenergia S.A. (“Company”) hereby reports that it was informed about publication of the notification of the Central Securities Depository of Poland (“CSDP”) about registration, in the Depository, of 21,358,699 (twenty one million three hundred and fifty eight thousand, six hundred and ninety-nine) ordinary bearer series AA shares (“Shares”) as of 12 April 2022 under code ISIN PLPLSEP00013.
Thus, the condition of admitting the Shares to stock exchange trading at the basic market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. as of 12 April 2022 has been fulfilled.
Legal basis: § 17(1)(1) and (3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and terms for deeming information required under legal provisions of a country which is not a member state equivalent.
