REGISTRATION OF AMENDMENTS TO THE ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION

The Management Board of the company under the name Polenergia S.A. (the “Issuer”) informs that on March 21, 2024, the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register (“Court”), registered the amendment to the Issuer’s Articles of Association made on the base of Resolution No. 3/2024 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of March 13, 2024.
