Polish Energy Partners Spółka Akcyjna (‘Company’) informs that in the Current Report No. 1/2010 it was wrongly stated that on 10th February 2010 the Company would publish a quarterly report for 4th quarter of 2009 although, pursuant to the applicable regulations, the Company was not obliged to publish such a report and did not intend to publish it. As a consequence, the quarterly report for 4th quarter of 2009 was not and will not be published.
