PROJECT COMPANIES IMPLEMENTING CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS OF OFFSHORE WIND FARMS RECEIVE ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS FROM WIND POWER AS

The Management Board of Polenergia S.A. (“Issuer”) in reference to current reports No. 15/2021 of 5 March 2021, No. 17/2021 of 16 April 2021 and No. 18/2021 of 4 May 2021, hereby reports that on 25 May 2021, the Issuer, which is a shareholder in project companies MFW Bałtyk II Sp. z o.o. and MFW Bałtyk III Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter, jointly, “Project Companies”) where it holds 50% shares, received from the shareholder of Project Companies ˗ Wind Power AS ˗ Additional Payments resulting from the agreement on sale of shares in Project Companies concluded on 5 March 2018 with Statoil Holding Netherlands B.V. in the amount of:

EUR 25,028,640.00 in the case of MFW Bałtyk III Sp. z o.o.;
EUR 25,200,000.00 in the case of MFW Bałtyk II Sp. z o.o.
