Polish Energy Partners S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) hereby informs that Polish Enterprise Fund, L.P. headquartered in Jersey City, USA, and Polenergy Investments B.V. headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, set the price range for shares offered by the Company in public offering (Shares Sold).
The range of per-share price of Shares Sold was set between PLN 7.80 (PLN seven and 80/100) and PLN 8.80 (PLN eight and 80/100).
