PEP S.A. has sold shares in Park Wiatrowy Tychowo Sp. z o.o.

Polish Energy Partners S.A. (“PEP”) hereby informs that on 21 April 2009, the Company concluded a transaction for the transfer by PEP of 30% shares in Park Wiatrowy Tychowo Sp. z o.o. (“PWT”) to RWE Renewables Polska Sp. z o.o. (“RRP”) . As a consequence, RRP made the following payments to PEP: (i) PLN 27,000.00 as the payment of the first instalment of the purchase price for the PWT shares, and (ii) 2,418,647.60 as the repayment of loans (with accrued interest) granted by PEP to PWT.
