Polish Energy Partners Spółka Akcyjna (‘Company’) hereby informs that on 5th July 2011 the Company received a notification from Quercus Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A., in accordance with which Quercus Parasolowy SFIO, Quercus Absolute Return FIZ and Quercus Absolutnego Zwrotu FIZ (‘Quercus Funds’) hold a total of 1 080 541 shares of the Company, representing 5.07% of the Company share capital, and 1 080 541 votes at the Company General Assembly, i.e. 5.07% of the total number of votes. Before the said transaction of 30th June 2011, which resulted in Quercus Funds achieving the above-mentioned share in the Company, Quercus Funds held a total of 1 026 541 shares of the Company, representing 4.82% of the Company share capital, and 1 026 541 votes at the Company General Assembly, i.e. 4.82% of the total number of votes.
