PARTICIPATION OF A SUBSIDIARY OF POLENERGIA S.A. IN THE MAIN AUCTION AS PART OF THE POWER MARKET FOR THE YEAR OF DELIVERY 2026

The Management Board of Polenergia S.A. (“Issuer”) hereby reports that on 16 December 2021, the Issuer’s subsidiary, Polenergia Elektrociepłownia Nowa Sarzyna Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Nowa Sarzyna (“ENS”), took part in a capacity auction for the 2026 delivery year. During the auction, ENS offered a capacity obligation for 2026 in the total amount of 112 MW. ENS, until the end of the auction, did not file an exit offer from the auction. The auction closing price, which ended in the 1^st round, is within the range of the maximum price of PLN 400.40 kW per year and the minimum price of PLN 367.05 kW per year.
