PARTICIPATION OF A SUBSIDIARY OF POLENERGIA S.A. IN THE MAIN AUCTION AS PART OF THE CAPACITY MARKET FOR THE 2027 DELIVERY YEAR

The Management Board of the company operating under the business name of Polenergia S.A. (“Issuer”) hereby reports that on 15 December 2022, the Issuer’s subsidiary, Polenergia Elektrociepłownia Nowa Sarzyna Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Nowa Sarzyna (“ENS”), took part in the main auction of the capacity market for the 2027 delivery year. In the course of the auction, ENS offered a capacity obligation for the year 2027 in the total amount of 112 MW.ENS, until the end of the auction, did not file an exit offer from the auction. The auction closing price, which ended in the 1st round, is within the range of the maximum price of PLN 406.35 kW per year and the minimum price of PLN 372.51 kW per year.
