Polish Energy Partners S.A. (PLC) (the “Company”) hereby informs that on December 21st 2011, Amon limited liability company (“Amon”) – the Company’s subsidiary – has successfully secured a decision issued by the District Building Inspector in Złotoryja concerning the occupancy permit necessary to operate the “Łukaszów” Wind Power Plant comprising of 17 wind turbines, each generating the power of 2 MW. Currently, the “Łukaszów” Wind Power Plant is in the start-up phase.
