The Management Board of the company under the name Polenergia S.A. (the “Issuer”) announces that on September 27, 2023 it received a notification of a transaction on the Issuer’s shares referred to in Article 19 (1) of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 16, 2014. on Market Abuse (Market Abuse Regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC, from Mansa Investments sp. z o.o. as a person closely related to the person performing managerial duties (Chairwoman of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board Dominika Kulczyk).
