The Management Board of the company operating under the business name Polenergia S.A. (“Issuer”) hereby reports that on 12 June 2023, the Company received a notification from Mansa Investments Sp. z o.o. (“Mansa”), Kulczyk Holding S.àr.l. and Dominika Kulczyk, submitted pursuant to Art. 69a(3) in relation to Art. 69 of the Act on public offering and terms of introducing financial instruments to organised system of trading and on public companies of 29 July 2005 on establishment of a pledge on the Issuer’s shares held by Mansa.
The notification forms an attachment to this current report.
Legal basis: Art. 70(1) of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading and Public Companies (i.e.[Dz.U.] of 2022 item 2554 as amended).
