Acting pursuant to Art. 70(1) of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading and Public Companies (“Act”) of 29 July 2005, the Management Board of the company operating under the business name of Polenergia S.A. (“Issuer”) reports that on 16 May 2023, the Issuer received a notification from Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Alllianz Polska S.A., managing Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (“Allianz OFE”), submitted pursuant to Art. 69(1)(1) in relation to Art. 87(1)(2b) of the Act, in line with which on 12 May 2023, following the liquidation of Drugi Allianz Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny by means of a transfer of its assets to Allianz OFE, the share in the total number of the Issuer’s votes on Allianz OFE accounts was above 5%.
The Issuer submits the notification above as an attachment hereto.
