NOTIFICATION ON CHANGE IN THE STATUS OF OWNERSHIP

Acting pursuant to Art. 70(1) of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading and Public Companies (“Act”) of 29 July 2005, the Management Board of the company operating under the business name of Polenergia S.A. (“Issuer”) hereby reports that on 5 January 2023, the Issuer received a notification from Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Allianz Polska S.A., managing Allianz Polska Open Pension Fund (“Allianz OPF”) and managing Allianz Polska Voluntary Pension Fund (“Allianz VPF”) submitted pursuant to Art. 69 in relation to Art. 87(1)(2b) of the Act in line with which, pursuant to the merger with Aviva Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Aviva Santander Spółka Akcyjna on 30 December 2022, managing Second Allianz Polska Open Pension Fund (“Second Allianz OPF”), the share in share capital and the total number of votes of the Issuer on the Allianz OPF, Allianz VPF and Second Allianz OPF accounts exceeded 5%.

The Issuer submits the notification in question as an attachment hereto.
