NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS PERFORMED BY A PERSON CLOSELY RELATED TO THE PERSON PERFORMING MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The Management Board of the company under the name Polenergia S.A. (the “Issuer”) informs that on April 3, 2024, it received a notification about the transaction in the Issuer’s shares referred to in Art. 19(1) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC, from Mansa Investments sp. z o.o. as a person closely related to the person discharging managerial responsibilities (Chairman of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board, Ms. Dominika Kulczyk).
