The Management Board of the company under the name of Polenergia S.A. (the “Issuer”) hereby informs that on February 26, 2025, it received a notification of a transaction on the Issuer’s shares, referred to in Article 19 sec. 1 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC, from Mansa Investments sp. z o.o. as a person closely associated with a person discharging managerial duties (Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer, Ms. Dominika Kulczyk).
The notification is an annex to this current report.
