The Management Board of the company under the name of Polenergia S.A. (“Issuer”) hereby informs that on February 26, 2025, it received from Mansa Investments sp. z o.o. (“Mansa”), Kulczyk Holding S.à r.l. and Dominika Kulczyk a notification submitted pursuant to Article 69a section 3 in connection with Article 69 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on public offering and conditions for introducing financial instruments to an organized trading system and on public companies regarding the establishment of a pledge on the Issuer’s shares held by Mansa.
The notification constitutes an annex to this current report.
