The Management Board of the company operating under the business name Polenergia S.A. (“Issuer”) hereby reports that on 12 June 2023 it received a notification on a transaction on the Issuer’s shares, referred to in Art. 19(1) of Regulation No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (Official Journal of the European Union L of 2014 No. 173, p. 1 as amended, “MAR”), from Mansa Investments Sp. z o.o. as a person closely associated with the person discharging managerial responsibilities (Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer, Dominika Kulczyk).
The notification forms an attachment to this current report.
