The Management Board of the company under the name Polenergia S.A. (the “Issuer“) informs that on September 27, 2023 it received from Mansa Investments sp. z o.o., Kulczyk Holding S.à r.l. and Dominika Kulczyk a notification filed pursuant to Article 69a (3) in connection with Article 69 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and Public Companies, regarding the establishment of a pledge on the shares of the Issuer held by Mansa.
The notification is attached to this current report.
