The Board of Directors of Polish Energy Partners Spółka Akcyjna (‘Company’) hereby informs that the Company was notified that on 26th April 2011 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (‘WSE’) adopted a resolution to introduce 1 570 000 series Y ordinary bearer shares issued by the Company to trading on the WSE as of 28th April 2011.
