The Management Board of the company under the name of Polenergia S.A. (“Issuer”) informs that on October 10, 2024, it received information about the tender allotment by Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacyjne – Rzeszów sp. z o.o. (“Ordering Party”) in the public procurement procedure no. DW.TZ.1.2024 dated March 5, 2024, entitled “Supply and distribution of hydrogen fuel” (“Tender”).
As a result of the tender allotment, the Issuer’s subsidiary – Polenergia H2HUB Nowa Sarzyna sp. z o.o., implementing the H2HUB Nowa Sarzyna project (“Project”), submitted the highest rated offer in the Tender, as a result of which the offer of the Issuer’s subsidiary was selected.
The estimated value of the Tender is PLN 120 million and the duration of the agreement is 180 months.
The Issuer informs that the implementation of the Project is dependent on obtaining the appropriate corporate consents, including taking the final investment decision.
