INFORMATION ON COMMENCEMENT OF LISTING OF UNIT SUBSCRIPTION RIGHTS FOR AB SHARES

The Management Board of the company under the name Polenergia S.A. (the “Company“), with reference to the Company’s Current Report No. 35/2023 dated September 20, 2023 (the “Report“), announces that on September 21, 2023, it became aware of the fulfilment of the condition described in the Report for the admission and introduction to stock exchange trading on the primary market of the subscription rights to series AB ordinary bearer shares of the Company (the “Pre-emptive rights“), and of the commencement of listing of the Pre-emptive rights in accordance with the listing information indicated in the Report.
