Information about transactions of the Company shares

Polish Energy Partners Spółka Akcyjna (the “Company”) hereby informs that on December 2, 2009, the Company received information, according to which:

– a person referred to in Art. 160 Section 1 Clause 1 of the Financial Instruments Trading Law of July 29, 2005, transferred the Company’s shares at the Warsaw Stock Exchange by way of closing on November 26, 2009, a transaction for the sale of 31,000 shares at the purchase price of PLN 32.70 per share;

– a person referred to in Art. 160 Section 1 Clause 1 of the Financial Instruments Trading Law of July 29, 2005, transferred the Company’s shares at the Warsaw Stock Exchange by way of closing on November 26, 2009, a transaction for the sale of 30,000 shares at the purchase price of PLN 32.70 per share;

– a person referred to in Art. 160 Section 1 Clause 1 of the Financial Instruments Trading Law of July 29, 2005, transferred the Company’s shares at the Warsaw Stock Exchange by way of closing on November 26, 2009, a transaction for the sale of 30,000 shares at the purchase price of PLN 32.70 per share;

– a person referred to in Art. 160 Section 1 Clause 1 of the Financial Instruments Trading Law of July 29, 2005, transferred the Company’s shares at the Warsaw Stock Exchange by way of closing on November 26, 2009, a transaction for the sale of 5,200 shares at the purchase price of PLN 32.70 per share;

– a person referred to in Art. 160 Section 1 Clause 2 of the Financial Instruments Trading Law of July 29, 2005, transferred the Company’s shares at the Warsaw Stock Exchange by way of closing on November 26, 2009, a transaction for the sale of 5,200 shares at the purchase price of PLN 32.70 per share.
