Polish Energy Partners S.A. (‘Company’) hereby announces that on 18th August 2010 the Company granted a guarantee for the liabilities of Talia Sp. z o.o. (‘Talia’) towards (i) Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A. (‘RBP’), (ii) Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. (‘BZ WBK’), (iii) Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A. (‘PKO BP’) and (iv) Bank DnB NORD Polska S.A. (‘DNB’) (‘Banks’ altogether) under the credit agreement concluded by and between Talia and the Banks on 1st June 2010.
The value of the guarantee totals PLN 32 486 000.
The guarantee expires on the date of opening by the Banks of the total credit facility granted to Talia.
