Polish Energy Partners S.A. (‘Company’) hereby informs that on 19th October 2010 the Company’s subsidiary – Amon Sp. z o.o. (‘Amon’), and the Minister of Economy executed a grant agreement, pursuant to which Amon would be awarded grant facility in the amount of PLN 40 000 000 for additional financing of Łukaszów Wind Farm project realisation by Amon.
The grant drawdown shall be contingent upon Amon’s fulfillment of certain duties, in particular the project implementation (Łukaszów Wind Farm Project), as stipulated in the grant agreement, as well as proper recording of incurred expenditures.
Since the agreement value exceeds 10% of the Company’s equities, it was classified as a material one.
