The Board of Directors of PEP S.A. hereby announces that on 23rd August 2010 the subsidiaries Amon Sp. z o.o. and Talia Sp. z o.o. received the letters from the Ministry of Economy informing that the wind farms construction projects, Modlikowice and Łukaszów respectively, meet all the criteria in accordance with the rules of the competition for funding, and therefore were positively assessed in the II level substantive evaluation. The financing agreements are to be signed within 2 months.
